TCFD released the “Climate-Related Financial Information Disclosure Working Group Recommendations Report” in June 2017, recommending disclosure of the impact of climate change on the company and its response actions from four dimensions: governance, strategy, risk management, indicators and targets. Impacts are analyzed in terms of risks and opportunities, and integrated into the company's strategic planning and risk management. Governments and regulators of various countries pay close attention to the challenges of global climate change and actively implement the TCFD recommendations. The European Commission included the TCFD recommendations in the "Consultation Document on Revising Non-Financial Reporting Non-binding Guidelines" issued in February 2019 to further guide companies on how to disclose climate-related information in accordance with the TCFD recommendations.
